Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.
Go to AccountWhat is deleted
- Your account: your email address and your password (kept only as a one-way hash).
- Every album in the account, with its photos, cover, texts, saved versions and design choices.
- The location data and the face-grouping data stored with those photos.
- The AI chat history of those albums.
- Shared links to those albums — they stop working.
- Unused paid albums and AI actions — they are forfeited and not refunded.
What is kept
- Payment records. The payment provider that handled a purchase keeps its own record of the transaction for as long as the law requires. We never receive or store card details.
- Technical logs and error reports held by our hosting, error-monitoring and email providers. They expire on those providers' own schedules.
- Albums made without an account are not part of any account. They are deleted automatically: 30 days after they were created if unpaid, one year after the order date if paid (we e-mail the order address 30 days before).
- Printed album orders. The order itself — contact details, price, payment reference and delivery history — is kept as a business record. The album it was printed from is deleted with the account. While a print order is still in progress, the account can't be deleted.
