Privacy Policy

Photos you upload are used only to build the album you paid for. They are stored on Vercel Blob storage and deleted automatically 30 days after your order is created.

We don't use your photos to train models, sell them, or share them with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to run the service (file storage, payment processing).

Your album is reachable only via its unique link (an unguessable, cryptographically random ID) — there is no account or public listing. Anyone holding the link can view it, so share it carefully.

You can request immediate deletion of your order and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

This is an initial policy draft for development and testing. Before a commercial launch it should be finalized with legal counsel, and updated to reflect the real email/WhatsApp delivery providers once connected.
