Common questions
- I can't sign in
- On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a link to set a new one. The link works for one hour.
- Where are my albums?
- Sign in and open My albums. An album made without an account opens from the browser it was made in, or from its private edit link.
- Who can see my album?
- Only people who have its link. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it carefully. Only you can edit it.
- How long are albums kept?
- An unpaid draft or a free album is deleted 30 days after it was created. A paid album stays as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes its albums and photos immediately, and an account that hasn't been used for 24 months is deleted after two e-mail reminders. An album you download is yours forever.
- How do I delete an album or my account?
- Delete an album from My albums. To delete your whole account, open Account and choose Delete account.
